VIRTUAL SHOW 2020

This year the show is going virtual! Please find our virtual class details below.

Children's Virtual Competition

 

We are running a series of virtual childrens classes:

 

Classes.

  1. Art. Any Landscape. (Paint, pastel,pencil or crayon)

  2. Poster. Bishop Wilton Show 2021

  3. Photography. Nature. Colour or black and white (limited to two entries per child)

  4. Model using recycled material

  5. Handwriting. First verse of “All things bright and beautiful”

Please photograph your entries and email them to virtualshow@bishopwiltonshow.com 

To ensure that your work is judged correctly please use 'Childrens Virtual Competition' as the subject of your email. Please also make clear which class is being entered as unfortunately errors will not be able to be rectified after judging.

 

Guidelines

  • All entrants must be under 16 years.

  • Name, address and age to be provided with entry.

  • Closing date for entries Saturday 18th July.

  • Exhibits to be judged and results published Saturday 25th July.

  • Age must be supplied with entry and classes will be split accordingly.

  • Winning entries will be displayed on the Bishop Wilton Show web site, including the child’s first name only and age.

Virtual Photo Competition
 
Alongside the children's classes we thought that everyone should have a chance to enter into the virtual show.
 
Classes.
  1. Class 1 Portrait
  2. Class 2 Seasonal
  3. Class 3 Pet
  4. Class 4 Architecture
  5. Class 5 Flora and Fauna
  6. Class 6 Lockdown. An image that best expresses the experience of isolation and social distancing
Please email your entries in JPEG to virtualshow@bishopwiltonshow.com to ensure that your work is judged correctly please use 'Photo Competition 2020' as the subject of your email. Please also make clear which class each photo is entered for as unfortunately errors will not be able to be rectified after judging.
 
Guidelines
  • In each class 1st, 2nd and third will be awarded a Bishop Wilton Show Prize Card
  • Competition for Amateur Photographers
  • All entries to be the work of the entrant
  • No names on the photographs to enable entries to be judged anonymously
  • One entry per class per person
  • The results posted on the Bishop Wilton Show website noting the entrants first name only.
  • Closing date for entries Saturday 18th July.

  • Exhibits to be judged and results published Saturday 25th July.
